Refund policy
If you receive your skincare & it's not what you hoped for or you just don't love it as much as we promised you would, let us know & we will refund your money (excluding the delivery fee if applicable).
Contact us at goddess.brands.nz@gmail.com so we can get the ball rolling. We promise not to gaslight you into thinking you chose the wrong product or didn't apply it properly, but we might ask a couple of questions just to learn more about why our products might not work for some people.
We won't make you return the item/s - you already have more than enough life admin on your plate. Please, if you can think of someone who the item/s might be suitable for, consider passing them on rather than disposing of them.
We aim to reply to emails within one business day & will try to process your refund within one business day of that (so please give us at least two business days to get ourselves sorted). It can take several days for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank.
